  China Garden has great food and is located just down the street from my neighborhood so we order pretty frequently! I got sick on my birthday and I couldn't go out so we ordered delivery and it came faster than we were told and tasted great !! Love the steamed menu and the beef and broccoli is great.

  First, I'd like to say that I rarely review on here. Only when I feel 1000% necessary.. My first experience, I ordered a delivery for beef and broccoli with white rice and general tso chicken with fried rice. They forgot the rice. Not the end of the world. I mess up daily and wouldn't want anyone to hold it against me. We decided tonight, a week later, to order again because Chinese food is our guilty pleasure and it was late. Ordered at 930ish and went to pick it up. Very nice little place. Staff was very friendly. I planned a date night in the restaurant with my fiancé as I showed her via the below photos. It looks great! It was being cleaned so I was happy to see the care taken and even the safety. I was kindly cautioned by the staff a few times about the floors. Very happy to see they were concerned for my safety and the well being of their establishment. When I got home and started to eat, my fiancé found not 1, but TWO, yes 2 hairs in her egg drop soup. Needless to say, she did not eat it. $25 poured down the drain. I called 10 times furiously to try to get a hold of someone around 10:15pm because they close at 10:30pm to try to warn them of their negligence to food safety and to get a refund for the food. No answer. 10 consecutive, excessive, annoying phone calls. They either rushed and shut the place down early (bad business practice) or blatantly ignored the calls because there were easily 3-5 people there at the time. Unfortunately we will not be returning and I warn anyone reading this to consider the possibility that you will spend $25+ on food and it may have someone's hair in it. Take some pride in your business, and remain operational under the posted and advertised hours.

  Not sure why this place has 3 stars. Whenever I order Chinese this is the go to!! I ordered delivery today and received the wrong order, I notified the restaurant and it was quickly fix with the piping hot order that I requested. The food is always GREAT, even the order I received by accident! Keep up the awesome work China Garden!

  I like this place, I like the food, the flavor. However, I ordered the shrimp with green beans lunch special today and I found that it was more like 'greens beans with some shrimp'.  There was a generous portion of fresh, yummy green beans, but if you're looking to get some protein out of this dish, you may want to order a side of shrimp.  The shrimp were probably 25-30 count size, and there were maybe 6 of them in the entire dish. That being said, it was tasty, but certainly not what I was looking for. Glad I got a 2" egg roll and fried rice to maybe fill me up for an hour or two.

  We are passing through Mechanicsburg, PA. From the hotel we called for take out. I had the pork saute with veggies. My wife had shrimp with broccoli. Both were excellent. Tasty and cooked right. And the food arrived hot.
